The stars are shining brightly in the velvet sky.

A solitary owl is hooting deep.

Children are tucked in for the night.

So, please stop meowing, and go the f*ck to sleep!

At 10 a.m., you doze off.

At noon, you take a nap.

At 4 p.m., it’s siesta time.

At 4 a.m., I want to sleep, and you don’t give a crap!

Stop scratching the door.

I will not let you in.

Stop scratching the door, stop scratching the door…

For God’s sake, get in!

Stop licking my nose.

Stop licking my hair.

Stop licking my toes.

This is not a love affair!

Here is your favorite catnip toy.

Take some of these yummy treats.

Now, do you know what I would enjoy?

If you would go the f*ck to sleep!
